Refunds & Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from The Humble Cookbook. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in original condition

  • Books are undamaged and free from marks or wear

  • Items are returned in their original packaging where possible

Due to the nature of gift sets, bundles must be returned as a complete set unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How To Return An Item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalised or customised gift sets

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
